So this year we used our personal training budget and were able to spend three exciting & thrilling days in Hamburg together as a team.

As every year, thousands of marketers meet at the Online Marketing Rockstars Festival, OMR for short, in Hamburg. Lots of inspiring speakers and companies provide inspiration, education and networking at this event.

I've been following OMR for years via livestream and on all my Instagram Stories... this year, thanks to my training budget, I was finally able to be there live. And it was impressive!

We wouldn't be Team Social if someone was sent to such an event alone. All in all, eleven of us started planning our trip to Hamburg and found a modern and stylish hotel that even offers 4-bed rooms - a real class trip feeling!

Nie ohne mein Team.

Since our team is divided between the different Online Birds locations Munich, Berlin and Lisbon - the joy of seeing each other again was naturally huge when we arrived in Hamburg! Together we explored the OMR and the city over the next 3 days.

In addition to the professional development, the festival also strengthened our team dynamics. We spent a lot of time together, both during the events and during the joint breaks and evening events. We got to know each other better, exchanged ideas and had a lot of fun.

These shared experiences have made our team insanely stronger and created a sense of togetherness.

Overall, the event was an incredible experience for all of us. We are grateful that we had the opportunity to book it with our professional development budget, which is definitely a great advantage of Online Birds.

I am convinced that we will be able to use the knowledge and experience gained in our daily work and that it will have a positive impact on our future projects. It was great to experience this event together with my colleagues and I am already looking forward to more such opportunities that will help us grow and succeed as a team.
